I am currently in a season of preparation—curating a new therapeutic space in the Rochester, New York area, dedicated exclusively to supporting women. I believe in every woman’s potential for self-healing, and I am busy building the foundations for a practice that bridges professional mental health therapy with the intuitive energy work of Reiki and Qi-Gong.
I will be opening for therapy appointments soon.
I am also finalizing a Women’s Empowerment Book Circle.
