I am currently in a season of preparation—curating a new therapeutic space in the Rochester, New York area, dedicated exclusively to supporting women. I believe in every woman’s potential for self-healing, and I am busy building the foundations for a practice that bridges professional mental health therapy with the intuitive energy work of Reiki and Qigong.
I will begin scheduling appointments in Fall 2026, and I will provide updates on this website as they become available.
In the meantime, I am finalizing a Women’s Empowerment Book Circle.
